Page 20: NOTE: The Shop Hop Binder measures 7″ x 9″ x 1.5″. To make a binder cover to specifically fit your Pattern Card Binder, use the following measurements:
Blender Light Blue: Cut [1] 10-1/4″ x 17-1/4″ for front base.
Blender Mint: Cut [1] 10″ x 17 for lining
Fusible Fleece: Cut [1] 10″ x 17-1/4″ for front piece.
