Matt and Wendy Kruskie own and operate The Broken Needle located in the rural community of Bunn, NC. Established in 2016 we are located just 25 minutes northeast of Raleigh.
We are a Janome dealer and Certified Service Center, Sew Steady Education Center and local landmark after the addition of the 15 foot mural on the side of the shop. Come get your pics!
We offer a large variety of fine quilting cotton fabrics. Including a large, ever-growing, beautiful selection of batiks and entire blender collections. We also carry primitives, whimsical, bright, pretty and fun prints.
The notions wall is enormous, well stocked and bound to show you something you’ve never seen before.
We strive to be different from other quilt shops and hope to make every visit special.
We are part of the Quilt Trails of the Tar and Roanoke Rivers, and at last check the only quilt shop with a quilt block on the trail.
Wendy designs and quilts in her spare time as well as teaches classes in our private classroom upstairs.
